we’re hiring for 2026!

We are currently hiring 1-2 people to join our established field crew team. Details and application process are listed below.

We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis until the positions are filled!

ABOUT US

Fierce Love Farm is a small scale vegetable farm in Qualicum Beach, the territory of the Qualicum First Nation, Snaw-naw-as, and K’ómoks peoples. We sell our produce at the local farmers’ market, and to restaurants and independent grocers. We work hard to provide a healthy working environment, and we strive to be an inclusive, safe space for people of all communities to work and learn.

2026 will be our 9th year of operation, and our 5th here in Qualicum. Between us we have many years of experience farming on organic farms around BC, and love to share our knowledge and passion for farming! We are happy to provide previous employee references for folks we interview.

We would love to find crew members who are interested in joining our farm for more than one season!

Please note we do not have on-farm housing available. We are located within a 5 minute drive (or accessible walk/bike) of downtown Qualicum. All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada; we do not have the capacity to support international applicants without Canadian residency, and need to prioritize applicants with secured local housing.
